Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service 1-2 years -Fluent in English and Spanish - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus - Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales and inventory - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers -Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour Shift:
