Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present products and solutions.
• Support outbound sales efforts by following up on leads and conducting cold calls.
• Manage inventory and assist in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a dealership setting
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage sales support and outbound sales activities
• Proficient in automotive sales techniques and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
• Skills in negotiation, upselling, and B2B sales are a plus
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and experience in inventory management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
