Job Description

: As a Telemarketer at Nations Mortgage, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients and promoting our mortgage products and services over the phone. This is a starting position, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn, develop, and be a valuable part of our team. Responsibilities

:

• Help collect and organize paperwork for loan applications.
• Support the sales team with finding new customers and managing existing ones.
• Communicate with customers to get the information and documents needed for loans.
• Conduct credit checks and verify income sources
• Answer customer questions and update them on their loan status.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus but not required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
• Strong communication skills.
