Responsibilities

- As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in generating leads through various outreach efforts
• Supporting senior sales consultants in sales presentations and meetings
• Learning the ins and outs of the sales process and product knowledge
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

:

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided
• Must have a valid drivers license

Compensation

Plan:

• Paid Training: For the first 15 to 30 days, enjoy paid training at $20/hour.
• Base Pay & Commission:
• After completing training, you'll transition to a $30k base salary with 5% commission on gross. The salary is a draw against the commission, meaning when your commissions exceed your salary, you'll be paid the difference.
• Bonuses: We also offer weekly and monthly performance bonuses.
