• Work side by side with Team Lead Agent & Team to help over 180 clients buy/sell homes per year.
• Make prospecting calls, learn how to talk to prospects & qualify new prospects.
• Answer agent & client calls about our listings.
• Schedule property showings.
• Meet buyer's agents and buyers at our listings
• Learn about lead prospecting and Practice Sales scripts & roll play
• Call, text, email new leads & engage with new & existing clients
• Show homes to prospective buyers
• Learn how to write contracts including CA purchase agreement and/or lease agreements
• Coordinating the escrow sales process:
• Meeting home inspectors, appraisers, contractors
• Completing agent visual inspection reports
• Creating repair requests based on findings of inspection
• Coordinating service providers for repairs
• Final walk through appointments
• Learn about and assist with database management & fundamentals of maintaining client contact
• Write blogs about new developments, investment projects and community improvements that will affect the real estate market and lifestyle.
• Update existing webpages to make sure details are up to date and accurate
• Search out good articles, topics or activities to discuss on TV, radio, podcasts. Schedule appointments for guest speakers for Team Lead on TV
• Plan events including client parties, Mega Open House planning, set up and execution of open houses and broker caravans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Learn basics of creating open house flyers & marketing flyers
• Running errands for buyer & seller clients such as dropping off lockboxes, making keys, meeting stagers, picking up staging accessories
• Learn how to create signage, newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc Schedule : Sun-Sat Hours may vary but approximately 6 hours per work day Starting Pay: $22 -$25 / hour Plus Bonus: $250 per closing on files where you helped (actively involved) Auto stipend First 90 days is probationary period. Eligible for PTO

Requirements

• Have valid CA Real estate license
• Have reliable transportation, smart phone, computer and internet connection.
• An upbeat attitude and willingness to work hard to help clients achieve their goals.
• Track record of success in customer service field
• Personable attitude with superior customer service skills
• Technology savvy with Google Enterprise, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs
• Have vehicle and valid Car insurance Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
