Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to join our sales team in achieving ambitious sales targets and driving growth within our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recreation sales, with proven experience in upselling and inventory management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a customer-centric approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Foster relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Represent the dealership at community events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recreational sales or dealership management is preferred.
• Strong skills in upselling techniques and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
