The Inside Sales Agent role is full-time, in-office position, with a 12pm-8pm shift. We have an hourly base ($17-18) plus monthly UNCAPPED bonuses averaging $250-1,000+ to take your typical rate to $17-24+! As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work in-office at our Appleton, WI location, speak to prospective customers, and work through potential objections and obstacles to achieve sales goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
• Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Schedule in-home consultations for customers
