Responsibilities

:

• Timely follow-up to incoming sales leads.
• Long term follow-up to continue mining prospects.
• Utilizes dealership CRM and other follow-up systems.
• Maintains sales productivity numbers.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Responsible for educating guest on their features, including manufacturer programs, and providing a quality vehicle delivery.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
• Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.).
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Other duties assigned

Requirements

:

• Previous Internet Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working on a commission-based salary structure.
• High energy levels and enthusiasm for sales.
