About Ovation Law Firm: Ovation Law Firm is the largest lemon law firm in the country , and we're just getting started. Our legal intake department functions like a high- powered sales floor -- fast-paced, metric-driven, and deeply focused on performance. We're looking for a Sales Coach to lead a team of 15+ intake agents, helping them improve call quality, handle objections better, and close at a higher rate.

Who You Are

: You've coached sales teams before -- and you've made them better. You know how to listen to calls, identify what's missing, and coach people in a way that actually sticks. You lead with clarity, accountability, and high standards -- and your reps respect you because they know you make them better. What You 'll Do:

• Own the performance of 15 intake agents
• Listen to live and recorded calls daily
• Deliver 1-on-1 coaching that drives real improvement
• Run huddles, monitor KPIs, and track performance daily
• Work with leadership to improve scripts and objection handling
• Set the tone and culture for accountability and continuous growth What We 're Looking For:
• 3+ years experience as a sales coach in a phone sales environment
• Proven ability to improve performance and conversions
• Strong communication, leadership, and call evaluation skills
• Comfortable giving feedback and holding reps to standards
