Qualifications

& Skills:

• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Property & Casualty Insurance
• Willingness to protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment
• A well-connected member of your local community
• Previous sales experience (auto sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
• Social media savvy, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred but not required. Job Type: Full-time Pay : $45,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year
