We offer unlimited earning potential , with a base pay of $16/hr + commission , allowing top performers to earn significantly more. • Massachusetts Residency: Candidates must reside in Massachusetts to be considered.

Responsibilities

for our Call Center Sales Representative:

• Dial, Close, Succeed: Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
• Sales Across Campaigns: Promote Mosquito Hero and Weed Man's lawn care programs and upsell add-on services.
• Engage and Persuade: Effectively identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Log and Track: Accurately input customer information into the CRM system.
