Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking orders and quotes from customers, entering orders and customer information, quoting customers on delivery and prices and adjusting prices for customers to maintain their business.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and keyboard skills; have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, ERP systems, and good math skills.
