About the Role

Are you a proven car sales professional looking to grow in a high-volume, high-opportunity dealership? At Car Factory Autos , we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Automotive Sales Representatives who are confident, driven, and ready to close deals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to drive appointments and sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current with inventory.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling vehicles at a dealership (REQUIRED).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mentality.
