• Position:
• Licensed Health Insurance Agent (ACA & Ancillary Sales) Location: Plantation, FL (on-site) Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a thriving leader in the health insurance industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and customized coverage solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Enroll at least 10 members daily using inbound, non-incentivized leads.
• Close deals effectively -- focusing on both enrollments and ancillary sales.
• Utilize CRMs and HealthSherpa with ease and efficiency.
• Communicate with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (Florida resident state license required).
• Previous experience in ACA sales highly preferred.
• Strong closing ability and high personal drive to exceed performance goals.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Multi-state licensure a plus, especially in NJ, PA, VA, and KY.

• Commission Earnings:
• Commission on every enrollment (average 13 -15 per day).
• Additional commission per enrolled member.
• 100% of first month's commission on ancillary product sales.
• Minimum Expected Earnings: $1,250 per week (minimum threshold).
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Top 20% of agents earn $2,000+ per week, with even higher earnings during OEP (Open Enrollment Period).
