Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Mentor / Productivity Coach to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Portfolio Collection. As a Productivity Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our real estate agents to maximize their productivity, efficiency, and overall success. You will play a crucial role in helping our agents set and achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and develop the necessary skills to excel in their real estate careers.

Responsibilities

: Conduct Group and one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents to assess their individual needs, goals, and challenges. Create personalized development plans for each agent, focusing on areas such as lead generation, time management, client service, negotiation skills, and overall productivity. Provide guidance, support, and accountability to agents to help them implement strategies and achieve their goals. Assist agents in developing effective business plans and marketing strategies to generate leads and build a strong client base. Conduct group training sessions and workshops on topics related to productivity, goal setting, sales techniques, and other relevant areas. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure agents are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge. Monitor and track agents' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve. Collaborate with other coaches, team leaders, and management to develop and implement training programs.

Requirements

:

• 5+ Years Real Estate Sales experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with developing Agents.
