Overview

: Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and finance? Join us as an Inside Sales Representative and set the stage for a fulfilling career as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)! In this role, you'll engage with potential clients, drive sales, and start building a robust foundation for your future MLO career.

• Engage and Excite: Connect with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Educate and Empower: Provide information about our mortgage products and services, helping clients understand their options and guiding them through the initial stages of the mortgage process.
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training and support as you work towards obtaining your Mortgage Loan Officer license.
• Earn and Achieve: Enjoy earning commissions on your sales while building a pathway to a full MLO role. What We 're Looking For:
