Description: We're looking for experienced Solar Sales Closers who are ready to step into a high-volume, high-reward environment. If you have a background in solar , in-home sales , or outside sales , and are ready to close high-ticket deals with qualified leads, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners
• Present tailored solar solutions based on each customer's energy needs
• Handle objections, explain savings, and walk customers through the closing process
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, pipeline, and signed deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Stay informed on solar sales trends, financing options, and product updates

Requirements

:

• Proven success in solar sales , in-home sales , or a commission-only closing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory for consultations
