Consult with customers to determine the best solutions that fit their needs, goals and lifestyle. Work to sales goals, facilitate an exceptional service culture, and ensure day-to-day activities are performed to store standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consistently dazzle and delight your customers
• Create an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily life
• Confidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and service
• Execute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contact
• Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelines
• Passionately and aggressively maximize sales
• Focus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer Experiences
• Perform general day-to-day store operations duties WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS
• Retail setting
• Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs and team lift up to 300 lbs
• Standing for full shifts PAY CLASS & RANGE:
• Full or Part Time; Hourly; Non-Exempt
• $15-18/hr + 3% Commission
• Guaranteed minimum commission during 3 month initial training period BENEFITS ELIGIBLE:

: QUALIFICATIONS

• Top-notch interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationships
• Self-starter that actively seeks and values feedback
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
• Fun, passionate and a quick study
• Highly skilled in written and verbal communications
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 year retail experience, big-ticket sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite preferred
• Experience with POS/CRM platforms preferred
