Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales representative. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product selection - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Skills - Proficiency in sales techniques and retail math - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively - Experience in retail sales and conducting product demonstrations - Knowledge of POS systems for transaction processing - Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail for stocking and organizing merchandise Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
