Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Captiva Containers is growing! We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team and play a key role in supporting our Sales Manager and our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, and driven, with a strong interest in client service and technical products. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll work at the intersection of client relationships, internal coordination, and project follow-up--helping ensure that no detail is missed and every opportunity is maximized.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination.
• Organize and manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, customer service, quality, logistics) to gather information for client inquiries and project timelines.
• Prepare and deliver updates on new developments, pending projects, and active accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales data, customer profiles, and lead tracking using internal systems.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotes, and proposals as needed.
• Ensure smooth internal handoff of new projects from sales to operations.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; technical or engineering background is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) - written and spoken fluency required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or B2B environments is a plus.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment. Why Captiva Containers?
