We currently have an opening for MORTGAGE SALES AGENTS looking to join a top Michigan-based independent mortgage broker with quality lead sources, competitive BASE SALARY + BONUSES and benefits. We look for outgoing, POSITIVE and outside-of-the-box thinkers who are always seeking ways to improve and dominate their craft.

Qualifications

:

• MINIMUM 2-5 years successful track record in sales with solid employment history
• NMLS license in the state of MI is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work full time in an office and be a team player motivated by a winning culture
• Strong phone skills and the ability to deliver direct to consumer experience
• Ability to convert lead opportunities into sales
• Confident and competitive and hungry for a certain income level
• Unparalleled work ethic, positive attitude and effort Desired Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
