Qualifications

• You should be a self-starter, competitive in nature and comfortable speaking on the phone for the majority of the day with people to discuss their home and real estate needs
• You should possess a learning-based mindset with the intention to grow
• Licensed or working toward earning real estate license
• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to speak well on the phone and display good communication skills
• Results-driven and motivated by a commission and bonus structure
• Applicant must have patience
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Candidate is comfortable in cold call outreach.

Responsibilities

• You'll be working in a team environment, setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team- The Foundry Group which is a team at The Agency Cleveland. Focused on Expired/Withdrawn and generating new business.
• We will provide you the scripts and training necessary to succeed in this role
• Place phone calls to potential clients to convert into appointments set
• Systematically perform lead follow up in order to generate new business
• Answer potential client's questions
• Generate appointments daily
• Positively impact those around you and collaborate effectively with teammates
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Requirements

:

• Licensed or working toward earning real estate license
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Ability to speak well on the phone and display good communication skills
• Results-driven and motivated by a commission and bonus structure Job Type: Full-time Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location- Hybrid position within office requirements to be determined.
