Job Description

: We are seeking talented and team-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour at Riverfront Park , located in one of the trendiest areas of downtown Denver. Here our residents enjoy a full continuum of care paired with our signature amenities and services. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus. TheSales Coordinator provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.

• Schedule
• : Full Time, Tues- Sat Pay : $25/hr
• What will I do every day?
• Conduct Business Development activity with local community professional organizations
• Conduct and facilitate Open Houses and other types of events
• Deliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living options
• Connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis
• Ask for and obtain deposits from prospective residents
• Support and maintain the community's waitlist
• Support the Move-In Process paperwork requirements as directed by Executive Director
• Coordinate the processing of inquiry generation events
• Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building
• What will I need to be successful in this role?
• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have a good work ethic
• College graduate preferred
• Some prior sales experience with excellent closing results
• Some experience with proven sales techniques
• Previous experience working with senior's a plus
