Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling techniques. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in a B2B environment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts. Skills
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
• Experience in both inside sales and outside sales environments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
