About the Role

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our retail partner network in Manhattan. In this role, you will engage with local businesses across industries like:

• Alcohol
• Flowers
• Grocery
• Laundry & Dry Cleaning
• E-commerce
• Other local retail sectors You'll leverage cold calling, social media outreach, walk-ins, and advertising strategies to connect with potential clients. We are integrated with major POS and ordering systems like CleanCloud, Shopify, and Zapier , making it simple for businesses to join. Once a client agrees to sign up, you'll hand them off to our internal onboarding team for activation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new retail business prospects in Manhattan.
• Connect via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Log all outreach activities into our HubSpot CRM.
• Present DBX Delivery's value proposition clearly and concisely.
• Coordinate with the internal team to transition new signups for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (we use HubSpot).
• Interest or experience in retail, logistics, sales, or local business development is a plus.

Compensation

• Performance-Based Pay : Earn $50 -$100 per new retail partner signed
• (following completion of 5 deliveries).
• No earnings cap -- grow your income with each new signup.
