Growthpoint Supplies Inc is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth in Vermiculite sales by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets. As the key link between the company and customers, you will deliver exceptional service and product solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

: 1. New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits, building a robust pipeline. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns. 3. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals as outlined in the company's sales plan. 4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitors, providing feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings. 5. Quotation and Contract Management: Prepare and present quotes to customers, assist in drafting contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes. 6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, including pipeline status, sales results, forecasts, and payment collections to the Director 7. Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to raise brand awareness and attract potential clients. 8. Customer Support: Follow up and sort out customer's quality issue, forecast, delivery request and any other customer requirements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
