Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Honda motorcycles
• ATVs
• UTVs
• and related accessories.
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on products
• features
• and benefits to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build strong
• lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through active prospecting
• follow-up
• and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge to stay current with new Honda releases
• promotions
• and market trends.
• Work closely with the service and parts departments to meet customer needs.
• Participate in showroom and community events to promote the Honda brand and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation.
• Previous sales experience
• preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
