Ron's Toy Shop: A Family Tradition of Exceptional Service Ron's Toy Shop, a family-owned business for over 30 years, is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing trailer department. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive work environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound leads and build relationships with customers nationwide.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide product information.
• Close sales and achieve revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

:

• Mechanical knowledge including basic repairs, electrical, wiring, hitches, towing, tires, truck and trailer accessories etc.
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the trailer industry is preferred but not required.
• Forklift and tractor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

:

• Generate and manage complex product quotations.
• Qualify leads and close sales.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
• Manage trailer shipments and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer inventory and ensure that all units are properly displayed and prepared for sale.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment.
• Source new sales opportunities.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Upsell options to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Build rapport with customers through effective communication.

Requirements

:

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trailer design and construction.
• Ability to drive a forklift and tractor.
• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and business communication skills.
