Overview

: We are seeking a Sales Professional who is driven, personable, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a team- oriented mindset. You'll play a key role in our customer experience by responding to leads, setting appointments, and guiding customers through the car-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, text, email, and social media
• Set appointments and follow up with potential buyers
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our inventory, especially rebuilt title vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
• Contribute positively to a strong, supportive company culture
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools What We 're Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales (automotive sales experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation and self-discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
