Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. If unlicensed the State of Michigan requires a 40 hour pre-licensing class: online courses are available! Must pass the state exam upon completion of the pre-licensing class. Responsibilities

:

• - Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements- Maintain organized files and databases of client information- Schedule appointments and showings for properties- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions- Conduct research on real estate market trends and property values
• Promote yourself and properties through social media etc. Experience: - Familiarity with real estate law - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using office software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
