Looking to break into sales -- and get paid while learning? We're hiring entry-level team members to help us connect with local businesses. This is a part-time, in-office position where you'll earn compensation per appointment you set , with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance. Some team members stay in this role long-term, while others choose to pursue licensing and grow into insurance sales. We're fine either way -- we just want great people making great calls.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small business leads
• Qualify the contact and set quality appointments
• Follow a simple, proven script
• Track calls and outcomes in our system

Requirements

• Clear, friendly phone voice with good energy
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance for in-office Mondays and Fridays
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• No experience needed -- training provided Work Schedule
• In-office required: Mondays and Fridays
• No work scheduled Tuesday-Thursday (reserved for licensed agents)
• Average 10-15 hours/week (part-time) Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
