Responsibilities

:

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and key differentiators.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

:

• Be open to ongoing training and development through our comprehensive sales training program.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate attire.
• Apply basic math skills in handling transactions and calculations.
• Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer-based systems.
• Have a minimum of two years of sales experience in dynamic industries such as high-end retail, cellular, automotive, cosmetics, or jewelry sales, where customer engagement and relationship building are key. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
