Overview

HighStyle Event Rental is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in the Events industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote products or services
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Negotiate sales terms and close sales effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Participate in business development activities to expand the customer base

Requirements

• Proven experience in Inside Sales or Event Sales preferred (3-5 years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experienced in customer service and relationship building
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
