Medicare Sales Agent High-Quality Inbound Leads | Supportive Team | $50K$100K+ Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site

Compensation

What You'll Do

:

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans
• Guide seniors through the enrollment process with clarity and compassion
• Work exclusively with pre-screened inbound leads no cold calling
• Maintain compliance with CMS and HIPAA regulations
• Hit your sales goals and enjoy uncapped earning potential
• Stay on top of product updates and carrier trainings What We're Looking For:
• Medicare Experience Is not Required
• Excellent communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach
• Driven, organized, and coachable
