Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Design person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brands and services directly to potential customers through our pre set appointments. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be essential in building relationships and driving sales. Duties

• Engage with potential customers, providing them with information and answering their questions.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
• Assist in fundraising initiatives by promoting causes and gathering support from the community.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a field-based role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with fundraising techniques is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
