The Rick Case Automotive Group is seeking Premier Sales Consultants to join our automotive sales team!

• Previous commission based sales experience a plus!
• A proven track record of customer service and ability to work as an individual as well as with a team
• Able to problem solve and identify the customers wants/needs.
• A Valid Drivers License and clean Driving/Background record
• Qualified candidates need to be able to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and communication, in-person and over the phone

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
• Conduct sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in driving to facilitate test drives and vehicle deliveries.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote upselling and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction. WHAT WE OFFER :
