Position: Sales Caller (Bulk Purchasing & Product Sourcing) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation

: $35,000-$45,000 annual salary (negotiable), plus up to 5% commission

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, confident individual to join our team as a Sales Caller. You'll make outbound calls to businesses, exploring bulk-purchase opportunities and sourcing new or existing products from vendors' catalogs. Whether you're seasoned in B2B sales or eager to learn, we value professionalism, enthusiasm, and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to companies to discuss bulk-buying arrangements.
• Clearly and confidently communicate our value proposition.
• Log call details and outcomes for accurate reporting.
• Follow up on promising leads to negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset throughout all interactions. What We're Looking For
• Excellent verbal communication and a professional phone presence.
• Resilience in handling rejection and staying motivated.
• Prior B2B sales experience is a plus (retail sales doesn't count).
• A quiet workspace and reliable phone/internet access.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn--enthusiastic beginners with the right attitude are welcome.
