Role Summary: The Sales Associate will serve as a key client-facing representative, responsible for evaluating and pricing scrap metals, managing transactions, and supporting both onsite and remote customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

:

• Client Consultation & Sales: Identify metal grades and offer competitive pricing. Leverage communication skills to promote services via phone, text, and email, scheduling pickups or drop-offs.
• Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional support at the warehouse while managing administrative tasks.
• Problem Solving: Quickly assess scrap metal types and provide accurate solutions to client needs.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
• Learning & Development: Continuously build industry knowledge and apply insights to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
