Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) Primary

Responsibilities

: The ISC is part of a larger sales and customer service team that provides frontline support to both new and existing customers by delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This position encompasses customer service, sales, some accounting (A/R), and day- to-day interaction with the Operations Team. The position also requires full product and sales and order entry process knowledge, industry knowledge, product awareness and an ability to sell value. The role must also be able to handle all customer types (Construction, Special Event, Seasonal, Long Term) as well as interact professionally with all team personality types. The daily work environment is fast paced, with constant changing opportunities and independent commitment to excellence will produce the best performance. Position is : Salary plus Commission, Non-Exempt, Full-Time Reports to: Sales & Office Manager Supports : Operations Manager, Outside Sales, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Project Manager, all Drivers and Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Specialist. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
