: We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate with a proven track record in generating and closing residential sales. This is a hands-on role that rewards independent thinking and hustle. You can use whatever tactics work--door-to- door outreach, networking, phone, online--our focus is on results. If you thrive on competition, love closing deals, and can lead by example, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, target, and engage residential prospects through various direct sales strategies (e.g., door-to-door, phone, digital outreach).
• Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final contract.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices to help the entire team succeed.

Qualifications

:

• Proven success in direct, B2C sales (3+ years preferred).
• Track record of meeting or surpassing aggressive sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Self-driven, comfortable working with limited oversight and in varied environments.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and keep meticulous follow-up notes.
• Experience with water treatment solutions or similar residential products a plus, but not required. What We Offer:
