Bilingual Automotive Internet Sales Manager Description: Join our dynamic dealership team as a Bilingual Automotive Internet Sales Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence and maximizing our profit potential through Internet sales. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong sales skills, proficiency in online platforms, and the ability to engage customers effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to Online Inquiries:
• Promptly and professionally respond to online inquiries and leads.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in the vehicle selection process through detailed product information and virtual tours.
• Sales Activities:
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
• Coordinate with other departments for the smooth delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Support:
• Provide sales support to the showroom team as needed. Skills and

Qualifications

:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Strong sales skills with effective negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in retail math and basic calculations.
• Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to navigate online platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Requirements

:

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Availability for a 10-hour shift.
• Must be able to work in person.
