Responsibilities

Will Include:

• Touring and learning 50-100 NYC listings in-person weekly
• Maintaining and updating daily property listings
• Marketing properties across various platforms
• Understanding and identifying clients' needs
• Assisting renters in navigating their home search
• Managing paperwork such as leases and agreements
• Negotiating deals and advising on current market trends
• Building strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and your network
• Staying informed on market changes and best practices After your foundational training in Manhattan, you'll have the flexibility to work in any borough or throughout New York State! Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed Preferred:
