Summary Northeast Marine Industries distributes boat trailers and trailer parts in Oxford, Massachusetts. We seek a motivated, responsible, and organized individual to provide professional customer support and sales. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential for this position. Experience in automotive, boat, trailer repair, or parts sales is The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license. Duties

• Provide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail accounts.
• Assist wholesale and retail customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Solve problems and resolve errors.
• Assist with marketing and e-commerce projects.

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in automotive, trailer, boat, or related parts sales is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet commitments on time.
• Some heavy lifting may be necessary for checking products for features/dimensions, etc.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and arrive to work on time.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Salary Will be based on experience, skills, and education. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
