Responsibilities

: As a real estate agent with us, you'll be:

• Prospecting, networking and most importantly building relationships.
• Showing properties and working with sellers and purchasers.
• If you're focused only on residential leasing, we have a network of owners/management companies that we work closely with so that you can have access and a competitive edge over others.
• If you're only focused on commercial sales and leasing, we strive to offer the best service and we'll help you achieve your independence so that you start networking confidently.
• Negotiating contracts and client challenges.
• Last responsibility is to be courteous, passionate and to have fun! Ideal Candidate:
• Must have an active real estate license with 2 years of experience.
• Experience: Has done leasing of residential apartments (at lease 15 apartments in the past 2 years). Sales not required but definitely a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high level goals.
• Willing to keep learning.
• Excellent Communication skills. (follow-up and thank you emails are what we love).
• Must be reliable at all stages of the real estate process.
• Must want to be and strive in a start-up company.
• Attention to details. The small things count.
• Microsoft office skills.
• Professionalism and hold our values with high regards.
