Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BI-LINGUAL Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales in our wheel and tire shop. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell and provide product demos.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales in automotive environments is preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to demonstrate products confidently through effective product demos.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Will need to be willing to do on-line marketing and social media ads
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
