We are seeking a driven Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team, specializing in men's and women's. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. This position offers commission on sales in addition to your base salary.

Duties

• Greet customers and assist them in navigating through our brands that suit their preferences.
• Bring an established client book to the role to foster strong customer relationships from day one.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, following all cash handling protocols.
• Keep the sales floor organized, restocking items and managing inventory effectively.
• Use upselling techniques to encourage customers to explore additional products.
• Answer customer inquiries about our products and services with expertise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and uphold high customer service standards.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or streetwear.
• Proven client book to leverage in building customer relationships.
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse customers.
• Knowledge of stock management practices to ensure product availability.
