Assistant Membership Director Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams? The Role: You will help lead a team of dedicated sales professionals to strategically drive membership sales, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth of our fitness community. What Your Day Looks Like:

• Lead generation through outside marketing and in club referrals
• Moving leads thru the sales pipeline with phone, text and email follow up
• Meeting and exceeding personal and club sales goals
• Helping recruit, hire and develop entry level employees

Requirements

:

• Experience in higher volume sales roles
• Comfortable with a pay plan incentivized with bonuses and commission
• Strong l interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets
• Passion for the health and wellness industry
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day

Pay Range

: AMDs will earn hourly + commissions and bonuses based off of club performance. What We Offer:
