Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive sales in a retail environment.

Duties

: - Greet customers and offer assistance in finding products - Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and suggest complementary items - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels - Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Qualifications

: - Proficiency in English is required - Second language, Italian or Spanish, is preferred - Experience in retail sales is preferred - Ability to stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual standards - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records Join our team as a Sales Associate and enjoy the opportunity to showcase your sales skills while providing exceptional customer service.
