Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Semi-Trailer sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our Trailer/Transport solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our technology solutions.
• Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce, Monday for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
• Familiar with the Financing process and credit applications.
• Social media experience is a plus (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
