Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, electronics, and customer engagement.

Duties

- Sell AT&T products to customers, providing detailed product knowledge and answering questions about product features and benefits. - Conduct product demos to showcase the features and capabilities of devices and services. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our product lines and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers. - Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales and meet sales goals. - Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing. - Operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. - Handle cash and credit transactions, including processing returns and exchanges. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Collaborate with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

- Bilingual or proficiency in a second language is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers of all backgrounds and ages. - Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. - Basic computer and phone skills - Ability to lift and move products as needed.
